Job Description

£ Education: 16 years of qualification in Urban Planning/Urban Development/Regional Planning/Urban Studies/Architecture or related discipline from an HEC recognized institution.

£ Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience.

£ Education: 18 years of qualification in Urban Planning/Urban Development/Regional Planning/Urban Studies/ Architecture or related discipline from HEC recognized institution.

£ Experience: Minimum 06 years of relevant experience.

£ Education: Master’s in Urban Planning/Urban Development/Regional Planning/Urban Studies/ Architecture or related discipline or related discipline from a Recognized Foreign University.

£ Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience.

£ Education: PhD (Foreign) in Urban Planning/Urban Development/Regional Planning/Urban Studies/ Architecture or related discipline or related discipline from a Recognized Foreign University.

£ Experience: Fresh.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Sr. Specialist and supervise the work of research associates and senior research analysts.
Coordinate with task lead and senior research analysts.
Review data from primary and secondary sources.
Possess advanced urban planning expertise, supervise draftsman, lead the team in planning and preparing project presentations.
Use Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Sketch up, 3DS max, AutoCAD and other software for data analysis, documentation, planning and visuals production.
Review regulatory & governance framework and propose improvements.
Perform advanced research, data analysis and review literature, including policies, feasibility studies, existing documents such as master plans and best practices.
Prepare existing and future situation scenarios for urban planning.
Conduct review presentations.
Possess advanced analysis / review of build projects.
Development of advanced theoretical and analytical framework to assist research work
Develop technical & working papers.
Possess advanced expertise presentations and proposals.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Conduct Business development for sector.
