Senior Manager Architecture

Basic architectural design concept development of all projects assigned by and under control / supervision of the Chief Architect.
Supervision and control of Managers and Assistant Managers Architecture for architectural planning and design process development.
Complete liaison with structural engineer and M.E.P. Engineers.
Review and advice on the target plan for the projects.
Monitoring the progress of the project using target plans.
Should be familiar with international and local building codes and check the design according to the building codes.
Selecting and recommending appropriate building construction and finishing materials.
Providing technical advice on various issues related to design of buildings.
Reviewing work progress to ensure work is going smoothly according to project design and specifications.
Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors and advise corrective measures, if any.
Visiting the sites to ensure no breach for design/ specification criteria.
Attending technical / managerial meetings and communication with the stakeholders under intimation to the Chief Architect.
